This project required the redevelopment of an existing open public space in Omagh town centre for Fermanagh & Omagh District Council.
Prior to works beginning, the site was safely secured with 2m high security fencing in accordance with the Pre-Construction Information Pack requirements. Existing surface cobbles, street lighting and fencing were then safely removed from site and disposed of according to our Site Waste Management Plan to allow for subsequent works to commence.
The works included:
- Installation of new natural stone feature paving pathways;
- Installation of a new low-level boundary wall;
- Installation of new soft landscaped planted areas;
- New feature street lighting;
- Installation of street furniture; and
- Groundworks/drainage.
